What is comparable property being asked for?
Describe a property and we will show you what comparable property is currently advertised at in that area — the middle of the market and the range around it.
This is not a valuation. It tells you what similar property
is being asked for today. It does not tell you what your property is worth, what it
would fetch, or what anything has sold for — we cannot measure achieved prices and will not
pretend otherwise. Treat it as context before a conversation with a valuer, not instead of
one.
Ask for an introduction
We do not sell property. What we can do is tell you which firms genuinely work in the part of the market you are looking at — because we measure their books every night — and introduce you to one of them. Not a shortlist of everybody. One or two names, and the reason we chose them.
